The Society of St. Vincent de Paul assists the poor and our neighbors who are struggling to meet the basic financial, spiritual, and emotional necessities of life with dignity. The Society is a Catholic lay organization named after Vincent de Paul, a French priest who dedicated himself to serving the poor in the 17th century. Today, the Society assists individuals and families who are temporarily in need of assistance to get through financially difficult periods. We follow Christ through service to others on a person-to-person basis, and love is our fundamental mission.
